How to Perform EFT Tapping:

Here’s a quick guide on how to perform EFT Tapping to help reduce stress and emotional distress. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping is a powerful self-help method that combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure by tapping on specific meridian points with your fingertips.

To start, identify a specific problem or emotion you want to address. Create a setup statement like, "Even though I have [problem], I deeply and completely accept myself," and repeat it three times while tapping the Karate Chop Point on the outer edge of your hand.

Next, perform the tapping sequence by tapping on each of the nine points about 5-7 times while repeating a brief reminder phrase such as "this anxiety."



Here are the EFT Tapping Points:

πŸ‘‰πŸ»Β Side of the Eye (on the bone beside the outer corner of the eye)

πŸ‘‰πŸ»Β Under the Nose (between the bottom of the nose and the upper lip)

πŸ‘‰πŸ»Β Collarbone Point (just below the hard ridge of the collarbone)

πŸ‘‰πŸ»Β Under the Arm (about four inches below the armpit)

After tapping, rate the intensity of your feeling from 0 to 10 to gauge your progress. Repeat the process as needed until you feel relief.
